Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

2 1/4 Cup of Sugar 6 Tbsp of Flour
1/2 tsp of Salt 4 Cups of Cream
5 Cups of Milk< 4 1/2 tsp Vanilla Flavor
6 Eggs
Combine sugar, flour, and salt in a sauce pan. Slowly stir in milk, cook over low heat for about 30 minutes in a double boiler, stirring constantly until mixture thickened. Mix small amount of hot mixture into beaton eggs. Add to hot mixture and cook 15 minutes longer. Chill in refrigerator. Add cream and vanilla. Pour into Ice Crean Freezer bucket and freez (For extra rich ice cream use all cream and no milk)
 
Banana Pudding

2 Eggs 1/2 Cup of Sugar
2 tbsp of Flour 1/2 Cup of Whole Milk
1 Can of Condense< 1 tsp of Vanilla Flavor
1/2 tsp of Salt
In a medium size bowl, place one layer of slice banana and one layer of vanilla wafer into bowl, (four layer each), vanilla wafer first, set aside. Now combine all dry ingredients together and all liquid ingredients together, beat eggs and milk together, then add condense milk, mix well. Blend liquid ingredients with dry ingredients, blend well, add to double boiler and cook until custard is thick not too thick, you must constantly stir the mixture while cooking to prevent the mixture from lumping, once the mixture is stick use a large spoon to spread the mixture over the bananas and cookies and let the mixture flow between the cookies and bananas use about half of the mixture, the remaining mixture let sit until it cool and and turn real thick, then pour the remaining mixture over the cookies and banana, the mixture should remain on top.
 
Old Fashion Cornbread

1 Cup of Flour 1 Cup of Meal
4 tsp of Baking Power 1 1/4 Cup of Milk
1 tbs of Sugar 1 tsp of Salt
1/4 Cup of Cooking Oil 1 Egg
Pre heat oven to 425 degrees, Mix all dry engredants togather(Flour, Sugar, Meal, Baking Power, and Salt), blend well, then mix all liguid engredants togather(Egg, Milk, and Cooking Oil, add liguid engredant to the dry engredant and blend well, pour into a 12in cake pand, or you can use a muffing pand, cook for about 30 minutes or until brown on both top and bottom. reduce oven to 350 degrees
 
Hot Sausage Casserole

1 Package of Hot Sausages (6ea) 1 1/2 Cup of Macaroni
1 med Onion 1 Can of Stewed Tomatoes (16oz)
1Can of Tomatoe Sauce (8oz)< 1 1/2 tsp of Salt
Pepper to taste
Precook hot sausage, cook macaronic (half done), when finished drain. Cut sausages into small pieces, make a gravy with water from hot sausage, add sauteid onions and tomatoes in the gravy, seasoned with salt and pepper, place in a casserole dish, pour tomatoe sauce over casserole and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until done.
